Low-Deposit Payment Plans
We keep prices low and for most of our trips, you can choose between two payment plans:
- £199 deposit; pay in full 12 weeks before you go
- £49 deposit; monthly payments until the month before you depart
Some of our trips may require an alternative deposit, for example, Round the World or Antarctica trips - speak to a Travel Advisor for more details!
24/7 Emergency Support
Our biggest priority is ensuring that all of our travellers feel supported on their trips. If you have any questions while abroad, reach out to our UK-based office for help, advice or assistance.
We also provide an emergency operations number which is available to call 24/7, every day of the year. We’ll put you through to a member of our Gap 360 team who can help you in an emergency. You’ll be speaking to an actual human - not a robot!
