We provide an emergency operations number which is available to call 24/7, every day of the year. We’ll put you through to a member of our Gap 360 team who can help you in an emergency. You can access the emergency contact number through your online Gap 360 account.
Support Before You Go
Once your trip is confirmed, you will be personally assigned to one of our expert travel coordinators who manage everything behind-the-scenes. If you have any questions before your trip starts or would like some additional support, you can contact the bookings team for a 1-to-1 travel advice session, free of charge.
We also run a travel advice series on our guidebook, where you can stay informed with travel essential checklists, festival dates and first-time traveller guides.
Travel Smart
We encourage our travellers to do their own research alongside the information we provide before travelling abroad. All of our travellers are required to purchase travel insurance that covers the full duration of their trip. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions before you go.
